A two-year degree in or equivalent in architecture or painting from a well-known institution;
National Trade Certificate (Civil) artist for a period of two years from a well-known organization and one year of work experience in trade.

Two years of experience in engineering warehouse management in a central state or provincial office or organization.

Obtaining a first-class training course on storm technology from Defense Centers or Defense Services Regulations or similar institutions (Qualification Rules for Soldiers)
